An environment (or list) is an independent,isolated work environment including separate message archives, senders, statistics, automatic deliveries, recipient lists, and groups.

It is located within the platform. An account can include one or more work environments: e.g. it is possible to use three environments to send out newsletters in Italian, English, and Chinese.

If the company has two business lines or brands, it can manage them separately within two distinct work environments.
