Who Can Participate
Referrers are professionals or partners who can introduce new potential customers (leads) to TeamSystem, contributing to the development of new relationships and projects.
Agreement Duration
The agreement is valid for one year, with the possibility of annual renewal to ensure continuity and long-term growth.
Scope of Referrals
There are no limits on products that can be referred. You can refer MailUp, CRM in Cloud, and TeamSystem Commerce solutions. Opportunity management is handled directly by the sales team, ensuring expertise and proper oversight.
Lead Management
Each referred lead is assigned to the TeamSystem sales representative managing the relationship with the referrer, ensuring continuity and maximizing the value of the partnership.
Commissions: Transparency and Flexibility
The commission is up to 20%.
How the Fee Is Calculated
The referrer receives 20% of the annual subscription fee defined in the contract, calculated over a 12-month period. The commission is recognized only after TeamSystem has successfully collected the payment.
Cases Excluded from Commission
The following do not generate commissions:
- One-time services
- SMS/RCS sending credits
- Services delivered through external agencies
Payment Timing
Commissions are paid upon customer conversion and after payment collection, according to the agreed payment terms.
Referral Attribution Rules
The commission is recognized only if the referral is made directly by the referrer.
Example:
- If a referrer initially activates a customer on MailUp and later also refers CRM in Cloud → commission recognized.
- If the second opportunity instead originates independently from the sales representative’s activity → no additional commission recognized.
