Recurring Credits

The Recurring Credits offer is designed to provide flexible and automated management of the monthly credit package with automatic renewal. Here are the key details: 

Offer Management:

• Monthly Expiration: The credit package has a duration of 1 month. The expiration date will be aligned with the expiration date of the main contract, regardless of the purchase date (for example, if the main platform contract expires on September 3rd, the renewal will always occur on the 3rd of each month). Unused credits that have expired will no longer be available. 

• Monthly Recharge: On the package expiration date, a new package of the purchased value will be recharged and billed for the following month. 

• Immediate Activation: The option can be activated immediately upon purchase, and credits will be loaded proportionally to the remaining period until the first expiration, rounded up to the next unit. 

• Autonomous Management via E-commerce: The activation and management of the option are available through the platform’s e-commerce system. This allows for autonomous control without the need for manual intervention. 

• Coexistence with Other Packages: Recurring credit packages can coexist with standard packages. Credits with the closest expiration date will be consumed first, regardless of the package type. 

Cancellation and Modifications:

• Cancellation: The option can be canceled at any time, but the cancellation will take effect from the next renewal. 

• Upgrade: Any upgrade of the package will be valid immediately, with a prorated calculation for the remaining period of the current month. At the first renewal, the full package corresponding to the upgrade will be applied. 

Restrictions

• Resellers cannot purchase or reassign recurring credits to third parties.
• The product can only be purchased through e-commerce and requires an active auto-renewal license with a credit card or PayPal as the payment method, in a single payment (not in installments).
