How can I see the updated cost of my platform?
You will receive a reminder with the details of the updated price as your contract nears its expiration date. You can also view it in your personal area.
I haven't received any reminders about my contract renewal. How can I check?
If you haven't received a reminder and your platform's contract is nearing its expiration, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@mailup.com. Please indicate "Price Update" in the email subject and specify the code of your platform.
