Does MailUp sell or rent address lists together with the platform?
MailUp does not sell nor rent any contact lists or email addresses, but it can help you manage the relationship with your existing customers or email contacts. Please visit our dedicated web page if you want to build or feed a contact database.
Are there any limits to the number of mailings I can make with MailUp?
No. Based on the pay-per-speed model, there are no limits to the number of emails you can send. The cost does not change, even if you send more or larger messages than expected. The only boundary is the message delivery speed. Any delivery speed increase affects the annual fee.
What does environment mean?
An environment (or list) is an independent,isolated work environment including separate message archives, senders, statistics, automatic deliveries, recipient lists, and groups. It is located within the platform. An account can include one or more work environments: e.g. it is possible to use three environments to send out newsletters in Italian, English, and Chinese. If the company has two business lines or brands, it can manage them separately within two distinct work environments.
How is the yearly email fee calculated?
The email fee varies depending on the selected edition (Starter, Plus, Premium, Enterprise) and the sending speed. Our pay-per-speed model allows you to send unlimited monthly emails. The cost does not change, even if you send more or larger messages than planned. The only boundary is the message delivery speed. Any delivery speed increase affects the annual fee. Do you offer a free plan?
No. MailUp does not offer free plan subscription outside the free trial, meant to let you try out some of the platform’s features. Please activate your free trial here, if you have not already done so.
Do I have to enter a credit card to activate the free trial?
No. The free trial activation does not require any details relating to payment methods. These details will be requested upon subscription to one of the available editions.
What does the free trial include?
The free trial includes most features of the Pro edition and a maximum of 1,000 mailings.
