Creating an RCS Agent (sender) is a necessary step to send RCS. To do so, complete all the required information in the Agent creation section. Among the various details, the one to pay particular attention to is the request to upload a screenshot of your contact collection form. The screenshot is needed to prove the presence of two elements in your contact collection forms, namely:

• A phone number field
• A consent checkbox where it’s clear that the user is agreeing to receive SMS, RCS, and instant messages (or mobile communications in general).
  Without the screenshot showing these two elements in your form, Google will not approve your Agent, and you will not be able to send RCS.
